They tell me to start a blog. How many times have I told others to do it and I'm only now just taking my own sage advice?
So, I'm a blog virgin.
This is where I hope to regurgitate much of what I learn in the world of handcrafted jewelry, post things I think are cool and things I think are worthy of attention. It's also where I hope to discover my uncanny ability to evolve, both as a business person and artist/crafter. I wonder if it'll work.

- My name is Becky. I live in Kansas City, where I have a house, a husband, a car and two Chihuahuas. I also have a night job and several day jobs (laundry, cooking, shopping, making jewelry, selling jewelry on my new website www.citypretties.com and Bonanzle, packing jewelry, photographing jewelry, listing jewelry, doing taxes, and sometimes I clean my house, one part at a time). This blog is mainly to focus on my adoration of all things sparkly, but I reserve the right to inject anything else groovy I want to include. That's why it's "groovy things for urban living."
